Helping Hands Bring Sunshine (HHBS) is well-establuised a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded by Fran Juste, bringing hope and hand-to-hand distribution and support to underserved communities in Haiti. From our community and school in Croix-des-Bouquets, we provide education, health initiatives, essential resources, and empowerment programs. Our goal is improve the standards of living, bring about permanent change and renewed sense of hope to the lives we touch.

Since November 2013, using generous donations from our supporters, we have implemented a hot food program providing one hot meal a day to each student and teacher of Ecole Scolaire de la Primitive (ESP).
The four devastating hurricanes that hit Haiti in 2008 ignited a flame in our Founder, Fran Juste. Since then, we've maintained her mission to hand deliver every item donated.
During Mission Trips our clinical ambassadors offer health screenings to the community members – testing blood sugar levels and blood pressure. We also distribute health kits containing hygienic products, topical ointments, and other donated items.
These Helping Hands, in addition to your generous donations, are what give HHBS life. It takes a village of Ambassadors, volunteers, coordinators, and team members to make our Mission possible.
HHBS relies on your Helping Hands. We are completely dependent on donations. There are many ways to give and get involved to help the people and comminuties in Haiti.
In order to augment our capital to assist with the cost of shipping donated items, grow and expand the school, purchase school furniture, pay teacher's salary, sponsor student's lunches, we have instituted one-time yearly sponsorship programs.
Despite the current political instability in Haiti, our dedicated U.S. and local teams have continued our mission of Hand-To-Hand Distribution. Our recent Food Kit Distribution was a great success, providing essential items like rice, beans, flour, and more, as well as Toy Kits for students.
